1. Quiénes somos
The Padel Academy es un proyecto operado por Serra GCVC OU (marca Serra Global) a través de su iniciativa The Brunch Club. Los datos de contacto e identificación figuran en el Aviso Legal.
2. Objeto del servicio
Actualmente el sitio ofrece una lista de espera para el cohorte fundador de una comunidad de pádel de acceso por invitación en Barcelona. Apuntarse a la lista de espera no garantiza la admisión ni crea una membresía. La admisión al cohorte fundador es por invitación y sujeta a disponibilidad de plazas.
3. Sin pago en el registro
Apuntarse a la lista de espera es gratuito. No se solicita ningún pago en el momento del registro. Cualquier cuota o condición económica futura de la comunidad se comunicará por separado y con antelación antes de que asumas ningún compromiso.
4. Uso aceptable
Al usar el sitio te comprometes a:
- facilitar datos veraces y actualizados en el formulario;
- no suplantar a otra persona ni usar el correo de un tercero sin su permiso;
- no intentar acceder sin autorización a áreas de administración ni interferir en el funcionamiento del sitio;
- no usar el sitio para fines ilícitos o contrarios a estos términos.
5. Propiedad intelectual
La marca The Padel Academy, la marca The Brunch Club, los logotipos, textos, diseños y demás contenidos del sitio son titularidad de The Brunch Club (Serra GCVC OU) o de sus licenciantes. No se cede ningún derecho de uso sobre ellos salvo autorización expresa por escrito.
6. Enlaces y servicios de terceros
El sitio puede incluir enlaces a servicios de terceros (por ejemplo, redes sociales, herramientas de reserva o mensajería). No somos responsables del contenido ni de las políticas de esos terceros.
7. Exención y limitación de responsabilidad
El sitio y la lista de espera se ofrecen tal cual y según disponibilidad, sin garantías de disponibilidad continua ni de que estén libres de errores. Los planes, fechas, sedes y perks del cohorte fundador son orientativos y pueden cambiar. En la medida permitida por la ley aplicable, no seremos responsables de daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso del sitio o de la lista de espera.

9. Modificaciones y cierre
Podemos actualizar estos términos y modificar o suspender la lista de espera. La versión vigente será la publicada en esta página.
10. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia serán competentes los juzgados y tribunales de Barcelona (España), sin perjuicio del fuero que pueda corresponder al usuario como consumidor.

2. What the service is
The site currently offers a waitlist for the founding cohort of an invite-only padel community in Barcelona. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission and does not create a membership. Admission to the founding cohort is by invitation and subject to availability of places.
3. No payment at signup
Joining the waitlist is free. No payment is requested at signup. Any future fee or financial terms for the community will be communicated separately and in advance before you take on any commitment.
4. Acceptable use
By using the site you agree to:
- provide accurate and current information in the form;
- not impersonate anyone or use a third party's email without their permission;
- not attempt to access administration areas without authorisation or interfere with the operation of the site;
- not use the site for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The The Padel Academy brand, the The Brunch Club brand, logos, text, designs and other site content are owned by The Brunch Club (Serra GCVC OU) or its licensors. No right to use them is granted except with express written authorisation.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and the waitlist are provided as is and as available, without warranties of continuous availability or of being error-free. The founding cohort plans, dates, venues and perks are indicative and may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the waitlist.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
